I freaking loved this movie! This was my favorite part, so I thought it would make an excellent background. 
In case you have no idea what this is from let me educate you. It's from the movie The Losers based on a (spectacularly awesome) comic book about a black op group that gets screwed over by someone high up the food chain and are out for a little revenge. It's a caper movie, like Ocean's Eleven or The Italian Job only with more explosions...and Chris Evans and Jeffrey Dean Morgan.
From left to right we have: Pooch the transportation expert, Jensen the technical whiz, Cougar the sniper(the word badass does not even BEGIN to cover how awesome he is.) and Roque the second in command.
Pooch: "Where's your gun Jensen?"
Jensen: "In the van."
Pooch: "What's it doin' there?"
Jensen: "Not much."
